As Records Manager of the Bentoel Group (a member of British American Tobacco Group), I am plans, manages and contributes to the Bentoel Group research, educational and practical records management improvement projects, and supports the BAT Regional Asia Pacific Records Manager in strategic planning and project design for the BAT Records Management Compliance programs.


From 2012-2013, I led a major improvement programmed for records and information management at the Bentoel Group in Jakarta Office, Malang Office and Area Sales & Marketing Office that scatters on 40 different location in all over Indonesia.
